Great experience. We came as per recommendation of our friends. I need to say that experience was great. We had a pleasure to be assisted by Mehmet. He was more than helpful in assisting to find what we need. It was not an easy task since the place have four levels so this made a task even more complicated. Never the less, he was patient, professional and very kind, knowing what to suggest and to show. Quality is excellent and the prices were more than fair. Much better than you can get in some other places. Shopping was so easy and we felt so comfortable like we were shopping from our living room. At the end we got a present and free ride to our hotel. However, my mom got a coat this was in September and she was unhappy I didn’t write earlier because I was busy traveling. Now it’s winter and she tried on the coat and it is not her size and it’s not the same style she tried on in the store. She was promised that she would get the same style she wanted just a different size, everything was measured and then sent to my hotel within a few days. A store I visit once a year, always a successful purchase, full professionalism and willingness to help the staff make the shopping experience unique. During the last purchases, Mr. Mechmed (shopping in Polish) turned out to be very businesslike, his sense of style and the customer’s atmosphere resulted in very successful purchases. I highly recommend and encourage you to purchase at an exceptional level.

From November 24 to 26, 2024, my wife and I, in search of a women’s leather jacket, visited a lot of shops in Istanbul and, as usual, could not find anything. Desperate, we accidentally walked into a small but very cozy shop. The manager said directly that he had very little product, but if necessary, he would call a car and they would take us to a huge five-story leather and fur store. We agreed. True, the company’s bus was busy at that time and he put us in a taxi (at the company’s expense).
As soon as we arrived at the place, we were met near the entrance by a beautifully dressed, smiling man, who later introduced himself as Mehmet. We entered the first floor and were, to put it mildly, shocked. In front of us were many rows of women’s leather jackets for every taste. With Mehmet’s help, even my wife was able to choose what she liked. After that, we went up to the second floor, where there were VIP clothes (various chinchillas, crocodile, anaconda and all other expensive animals in the form of clothes). On the third floor there are men’s clothing. Mehmet helped me choose a jacket and sheepskin coat. It’s a pity that our flight had no luggage, so I only bought a jacket. Unfortunately, the remaining floors were not visited.
The store is very cozy, pleasant music plays, and a pleasant smell. Several times they offered tea, coffee, wine, whiskey. Having paid for our purchases with a 30% discount, Mehmet asked where to take us. We were going to the aquarium and they, in a comfortable Mercedes, took us straight to the entrance to the aquarium.
Thank you very much to Mehmet, thank you to the owner of this store (he came up and met in person) and thank you to the manager who sent us here.

A very positive experience. A company taxi took us to and from the hotel. High product quality, large selection, excellent sales service. Acceptable prices – you would pay much more in the Czech Republic.

Despite the fact that we purchased a coat for our husband and paid attention to all members of the Family, our 13-year-old daughter tried on a bunch of fur coats and received attention from Mehmeta, as if this store was just for her. I was also offered several different options for coats, fur coats, sheepskin coats and leather jackets, which is why I had to sleep with the thought of buying something for myself 😉.
And of course we need to talk about the reason why we got there.

I have never seen more beautiful jackets than there. They really have a great selection. They picked us up in front of our hotel for free and at the end provided us with free transport to the beautiful Ortokay. I have to give a special shout out to Meghmet Durusoy who helped us find the best pieces of clothing and who was very kind and friendly with us, and in addition to all that, he also knew how to speak our language (Croatian), all praise for him!
