I happened to discover this brand’s store in Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar by chance, and it turned out to be a fantastic find. They had a beautiful display of 100% cashmere coats made with same cashmere Loro Piana (one of the most expensive brands). I immediately fell in love with one of the pieces, although unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock.
What happened next really impressed me. They arranged for a driver to take me to their factory, just a 10-minute trip from the Old Town, where they took my measurements, made the new coat for me and delivered it to my hotel next day(Saturday evening).😅
It was a good price for a cashmere coat compare to the fortune I would pay for Lora Piana. The craftsmanship and service made it well worth it, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Throughout the entire process, the shop assistant Iryna was wonderful—helpful, attentive, and kept me updated every step of the way.

However, they don’t push anything, leaving me free to choose and make decisions. My manager, Mekhman Nazimovich, is extremely polite and considerate. He is a top-notch professional, skilled in both product promotion and client expertise. It was incredibly pleasant to work with them, as they also offered to accommodate other requests: at my request, they drove me to the shopping center at the company’s expense, then met me, picked me up, and drove me back to the hotel with all my purchases. The price and quality of the products at the factory are consistent. You can find a product in any price range. My requests were a bit more complex, but they met them. Great experience. We came as per recommendation of our friends. I need to say that experience was great. We had a pleasure to be assisted by Mehmet. He was more than helpful in assisting to find what we need. It was not an easy task since the place have four levels so this made a task even more complicated. Never the less, he was patient, professional and very kind, knowing what to suggest and to show. Quality is excellent and the prices were more than fair. Much better than you can get in some other places. Shopping was so easy and we felt so comfortable like we were shopping from our living room. At the end we got a present and free ride to our hotel. We were very pleased because thanks to Mehmeta’s professional qualities we purchased two items instead of one. He is well versed in the assortment and offered the most interesting models. Selam😄 This is a great store with a lot of nice styles I enjoyed it❤️ I got a coat and also my Baba and we love it. However, my mom got a coat this was in September and she was unhappy I didn’t write earlier because I was busy traveling. Now it’s winter and she tried on the coat and it is not her size and it’s not the same style she tried on in the store. She was promised that she would get the same style she wanted just a different size, everything was measured and then sent to my hotel within a few days. I had to leave Istanbul already and didn’t have time to come back to the store. Is there anything that can be done to fix this. Let me know. Sağol🙏🏻

From November 24 to 26, 2024, my wife and I, in search of a women’s leather jacket, visited a lot of shops in Istanbul and, as usual, could not find anything. Desperate, we accidentally walked into a small but very cozy shop. The manager said directly that he had very little product, but if necessary, he would call a car and they would take us to a huge five-story leather and fur store. We agreed. True, the company’s bus was busy at that time and he put us in a taxi (at the company’s expense).
As soon as we arrived at the place, we were met near the entrance by a beautifully dressed, smiling man, who later introduced himself as Mehmet. We entered the first floor and were, to put it mildly, shocked. In front of us were many rows of women’s leather jackets for every taste. With Mehmet’s help, even my wife was able to choose what she liked. After that, we went up to the second floor, where there were VIP clothes (various chinchillas, crocodile, anaconda and all other expensive animals in the form of clothes). On the third floor there are men’s clothing. Mehmet helped me choose a jacket and sheepskin coat. It’s a pity that our flight had no luggage, so I only bought a jacket. Unfortunately, the remaining floors were not visited.
The store is very cozy, pleasant music plays, and a pleasant smell. Several times they offered tea, coffee, wine, whiskey. Having paid for our purchases with a 30% discount, Mehmet asked where to take us. We were going to the aquarium and they, in a comfortable Mercedes, took us straight to the entrance to the aquarium.
